Food Service Supervisor

Buddha-Full Fresh Juice & Smoothies is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team of food service staff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our food service staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Health Benefits: Health care plan
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
