Join Our Team as an Environmental Coordinator

Ville de Laval is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Coordinator to join our team. As an Environmental Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating environmental projects and activities within the Milieu naturel, sensibilisation et développement de projets division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of environmental projects and activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce the environmental impact of urban development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize environmental projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations
  • Provide technical assistance and support to project teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in environmental project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $72,318.18 to $95,126.57 per year
  • Temporary contract until December 26, 2025
  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Flexible work schedule with the possibility of telecommuting
