About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at ALL PROPERTY FIX. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install new plumbing fixtures and systems, and repair existing ones, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Pipe Work: Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors, and join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Testing and Inspection: Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges, and determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Measurement and Fabrication: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and Plumber Trade Certification.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
  • Work Environment: Confined spaces, wet/damp environments, and various locations, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
