About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Domilya Design and Supply Centre Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong background in customer service and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support team operations
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • 37.5 hours per week
