About the Role

Mae Cleaning is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a cleaner. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Work Setting: Our cleaners work in various locations, including cleaning service companies, and are willing to relocate for this position.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Our cleaners work independently in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks. They must be physically demanding and have attention to detail.
  • Weight Handling: Our cleaners may be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for individuals who are punctual, client-focused, dependable, and have initiative, are organized, and team players with strong values and ethics.
