We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our investment advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze clients' accounts to identify business opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Ensure seamless account management and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Develop marketing materials to promote our service offerings to investment advisors.
  • Coordinate seminars and plan content to engage clients and promote our services.
  • Participate in financial planning meetings, prepare files, and ensure follow-up and subsequent steps.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and coaching for new team members.
  • Supervise the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Collaborate with investment advisors to develop innovative portfolio management and marketing strategies.
  • Assist investment advisors in preparing annual business plans and monitor progress.

Requirements
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, financial planning, marketing, and social media or taxation.
  • Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course or must be successfully completed within a year in position.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with technology.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and activity.
  • Ability to offer exceptional customer service.
