Customer Care Professional Job Description

At 360insights, we are seeking a skilled Customer Care Professional to join our team.

This role is a key part of our global technology company, innovating and leading in the channel incentives and insights industry.

You will be working with a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver great solutions for some of the world's most recognizable brands.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide world-class customer service to our clients through email support, boxes, and portals.
  2. Learn and navigate the 360insights solution to provide answers to customer inquiries.
  3. Consistently work towards enhancing the customer's experience and reducing the need for customers to contact us by capturing classification data, providing regular feedback, and identifying issues early.
  4. Complete task-based duties as assigned by the Manager, Client Operations.
  5. Provide support Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM MST (based on a set schedule), to multiple clients.
Requirements:
  1. Proven excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  2. A customer-first mentality and deep understanding of customer service.
  3. Intermediate to Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel and Word.
  4. Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong aptitude for math.
  5. Ability to key at least 30-35 words per minute.
  6. Proven ability to work as an effective member of a team.
  7. Proven organizational and follow-up skills, including prioritization.
  8. Strong active listening skills.
  9. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  10. Demonstrated ability to provide valuable feedback and solution options based on that feedback.
  11. Background in a software company or a natural comfort with software applications is an asset.
  12. Microsoft Office Certification is an asset.
  13. Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in a Technical Field or Service-Oriented Field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  14. 1-2 Years of customer service experience.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process.
