About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Daycare Worker at Tender Touch Daycare. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Assist in the preparation of snacks and meals, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure the smooth transition of children between home and daycare.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
