Job Title: Construction Labourer - Site Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at VALPO CONSTRUCTION INC. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
  • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Team player with excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:
