We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team at Maaco Welland Inc. As an Automotive Refinisher, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing vehicles to their original condition.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality results
- Plan and execute repair work to meet customer expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- File, grind, and sand body surfaces to prepare for painting
- Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
- Apply primers and repaint surfaces to achieve a flawless finish
- Repair or replace interior components to restore the vehicle's original condition
- Mix paint, blend, and match colors to ensure a perfect match
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Ability to work on site, with no option to work remotely
- Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment
