Job Title: Parts Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Coordinator to join our team at No.1 Collision (Richmond). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our parts inventory, ensuring timely delivery of parts to our customers, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to minimize delays and errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve overall operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, delivery times, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
