About the Role

We are seeking an individual called to ministry in the role of Pastor of Worship and Community, who will oversee the worship ministry and assist with other areas of ministry in church life. This includes discipling existing team members, recruiting new talent, and engaging in outreach ministry by involving community members and organizations. The ideal candidate will be a gospel-focused leader with musical ability and experience in music ministry and associated leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disciple new and existing members and community members to deepen their relationship with Christ
  • Coordinate outreach ministry by identifying partners for events and engaging community members and organizations
  • Assist on a rotation to lead worship on Sundays and engage in pastoral care and teaching as needed

  • A growing relationship with Jesus Christ
  • A calling to ministry to reach all ages and stages with the Gospel
  • Gospel-focused leadership with musical ability and experience in music ministry and associated leadership
  • Demonstrated steady leadership ability and interpersonal skills
