Job Title: Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Abebe Auto Service Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with vehicles
  • Install and replace hydraulic and transmission fluids
  • Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity
  • Physically demanding work environment
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The work site environment is dusty, noisy, and may involve odours.
