Job Title: Window and Door Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Assembler to join our team at CARON & GUAY INC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing high-quality windows and doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and manufacture windows and doors using various materials and techniques.
  • Check manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications.
  • Load, feed, or place materials into machines.
  • Sand, trim, grind, or clean products into final form using hand tools.
  • Screw, clip, glue, bond, weld, or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products.
  • Cut, shape, and fit materials to form parts and components.
  • Assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability, organized, and a team player.
