Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Cellular Point. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and procure merchandise that meets the needs of our customers.
- Manage store budgets and ensure that expenses are controlled and within budget.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory control software.
