Job Title: Physiotherapy Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Active Health Physical Therapy. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists in the assessment and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physiotherapists in the assessment and treatment of patients
  • Develop and maintain patient information materials
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures
  • Clean and maintain equipment
  • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
