Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop and implement project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with production teams, including directors, producers, and crew members
- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Team Management
- Recruit, hire, and supervise production staff, including coordinators, assistants, and crew members
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project outcomes
- Communication and Liaison
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Liaise with government regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders as required
- Education and Experience
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years, or equivalent experience
- Work Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in film or video production, with a focus on production management
- Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and InDesign
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
- Physical Demands
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a office environment

- Salary range: $100,001 - $500,000
