Job Description:

At AtkinsRéalis, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect and process large datasets, ensuring high-quality data for predictive modelling.
  • Develop and train advanced machine learning models to predict customer behavior and preferences, using industry-leading tools like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business decisions, driving informed strategy and action.
  • Effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear and actionable recommendations, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, or SQL, with experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
