Biscuits Leclerc Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Technologist to join our team in a permanent position. As a Food Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile records for analytical studies and maintain quality standards
• Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Assist in developing standards, health and safety measures, and regulatory compliance
• Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results
• Prepare solutions of gas or liquid, reagents, and sample formulations

Requirements:

• College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
• 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a food and beverage plant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
