Job Title: Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team at Inland Technologies Canada Incorporated. As an Equipment Operator, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of our glycol recovery vehicles and processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain glycol processing equipment to ensure optimal production and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Complete daily production reports and distribute them to management.
  • Perform quality assurance sampling of production processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment, and replacing parts as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motorized vehicle in inclement weather.
Work Environment:

The Equipment Operator will work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and potential hazards. The noise level may be loud at times, and the employee may be required to work outside of regular hours to meet customer needs or operational requirements.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to climb 15-foot heights for work.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing.
