At Chung Tai Import & Export Trading Co. Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Fish Processing Labourer to join our team in a manufacturing role. The successful candidate will be responsible for conditionning fish filets for wrapping or freezing, weighing fish or shellfish, and recording weight and packing fish in ice. Additionally, the labourer will be required to clean machines and immediate work areas, measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines, and sort fish according to species, weight and destination.

The ideal candidate will possess manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye co-ordination. They will also be able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment. As a permanent employee, the labourer will be required to work 30 hours per week and will have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
