Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Culinary Knowledge and Expertise

Have a thorough knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, including menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

Team Leadership and Supervision

Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, and lead a team of food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure to meet customer demands.

Personal Qualities and Skills

Exhibit efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
