KANHA BUILDING MAINTENANCE INC is seeking a skilled Floor Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of office and commercial buildings, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment to remove debris and dirt.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that the facilities are kept clean and hygienic.
  • Perform tasks such as cleaning windows, interior walls, and ceilings, as well as moving heavy furniture and equipment.
  • Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain the facilities.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
