Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President to join our team at Moelimo Limousine Livery Service Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency
  2. Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support business objectives
  3. Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals
  4. Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning to drive business success
  5. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to support business growth
  6. Represent the company in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization
  7. Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions to drive business performance
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
