About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Care Specialist to join our team at NI Beauty Salon Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Body Care and Treatments: Provide a range of body care treatments, including massages, scrubs, and wraps, to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Product Knowledge and Advice: Offer expert advice on beauty products to clients, including recommendations on skincare, haircare, and makeup.
  • Makeup Application: Apply makeup to clients for special occasions, such as weddings and proms.
  • Scalp Treatments: Provide scalp treatments, including massages and hair care advice.
  • Temporary Designs: Apply temporary designs to clients' skin using electric needles and chemical dyes.
  • Facials: Provide facials, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and moisturizing.
  • Repair and Mask Aesthetic Defects: Repair and mask aesthetic defects, including scars, blemishes, and uneven skin tone.
  • Product Demonstrations: Provide product demonstrations to clients, including skincare and makeup products.
  • Skin Care: Provide expert skin care advice and treatments to clients.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees, including facilitating access to community resources and language training.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Support for Veterans: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for veterans, as well as workshops and counseling services to support their transition into the civilian workforce.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, as well as cultural competency training and awareness training for all employees.
  • Support for Mature Workers: Provide awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers, as well as offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities, offer mentorship programs, and create a welcoming work environment.
