Job Title: Automotive Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at C&C Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose and repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service and road test motor vehicles
  • Estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements

Requirements:

  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a garage or workshop environment
  • Stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment
  • Work in a dusty and noisy environment
