Job Title: Accounting Firm Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Firm Manager to join our team at ARVIND BETALA CPA PC.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Firm Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting firm, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. This individual will also be responsible for managing a team of accountants and providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage the accounting team, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
