In this role as Strategic Procurement Category Specialist (6 months contract), you'll be responsible for procuring commodities like raw materials, bulk products, and subcontract manufacturing. You'll collaborate with various departments to maintain tactical responsiveness and leverage strong negotiation skills to optimize costs.

We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to sustainability and can plan and execute responsibly. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, MRP knowledge, and a self-driven team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Leverage strong negotiation skills to optimize costs and effectively manage vendors to ensure supply continuity.
  • Collaborate with vendors and teams to meet production schedules and resolve supply issues.
  • Problem-solve under pressure and build strong supplier partnerships.
  • Communicate effectively across functions with excellent English skills.
  • Prioritize tasks and take ownership to achieve business goals.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or business/operations management, with 3+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing. They will also have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CPIM or CSCP certifications are a plus.
