Job Title: Pharmacy Technical Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Pharmasave 178.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Technical Assistant will provide administrative support to our pharmacists and contribute to the smooth operation of our pharmacy. This role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing medications, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prescriptions and medications
  • Prepare medications for clients, including compounding and packaging
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Assist pharmacists with tasks such as entering client information into databases and billing third-party insurers
  • Clean and maintain equipment and inventory
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-7 months of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
