We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Tavern on the Green & Hillside Events. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, executing food and drink orders in a timely manner, and ensuring food and drink quality meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate current promotions and menu items to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our 18 Steps of Service
  • Assist with daily and weekly cleaning practices

Working Conditions:

  • Hours and shifts may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

  • Serving It Right Certification
  • Thorough understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • Relevant industry experience paired with extensive wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
  • Occupational First Aid Level 1 preferred, but not required
