Retail Sales Associate, Residential Services, Champlain Mall

Bell is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Residential Services team at Champlain Mall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through tailored communication and connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized communication and connectivity solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Create sales leads through local marketing programs, outreach, and store events, driving business growth and revenue.
- Support and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Embody the Bell brand as an ambassador in the community, promoting our products and services to customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Competitive and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer needs.
