Job Title: Russian Language Instructor - Intermediate Teaching Experience



About the Position:



The University of Ottawa is seeking a highly qualified Russian language instructor to teach intermediate-level courses. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students with varying levels of proficiency.



About You:



To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Russian or a related field, along with extensive experience in teaching intermediate-level Russian. Your excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles will make you an ideal candidate. Bilingualism in French and English is also highly valued.



Responsibilities:



Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering curriculum-aligned lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive learning environment. You will also be expected to contribute to departmental meetings and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.



Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
