About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Course. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our national retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a national retail network that meets our customers' day-to-day telecommunications requirements.
- Respond to users' network requests related to voice, data, RF, and video.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the national retail network, including installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the infrastructure.
- Install network technology equipment to enhance performance.
- Assist in developing and testing network disaster recovery plans.
- Identify and resolve network performance issues.
- Establish and maintain network cabling and cabinets, along with supporting documentation.
- Be available and able to respond to on-call network issues.
Requirements:
- College diploma in Computer Science.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Cisco training and designation.
- Cisco router experience.
- Meraki experience preferred.
- Wireless experience preferred.
- Network automation experience preferred.
- One to three years of related working experience.
- Cabling and phone system experience.
- Experience working with large networks and their associated technology.
