Nurse Practitioner

RhynoCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Kemptville area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Nursing Care: Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident plan of care.
- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Implement and Evaluate Care: Implement care plans and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage Medications: Safely administer medications, manage medication supplies, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document Patient Information: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Certifications: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency.
- Clearance: Medical Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check.
