About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and value to our customers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party managed service providers to develop and implement infrastructure architecture strategies, manage lifecycle planning, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement infrastructure architecture strategies, particularly in networking, Azure cloud, and security
  2. Manage lifecycle planning, ensuring timely upgrades, patching, and end-of-life transitions
  3. Lead Azure cloud architecture and management, optimizing cost, security, and performance
  4. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions
  5. Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps, aligning with business objectives
  6. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve efficiency, resilience, and scalability
  7. Regularly assess and optimize resiliency, performance, and capacity planning
  8. Oversee infrastructure cost management, ensuring budget efficiency and cost-effective solutions
  9. Maintain and test backup, failover, and disaster recovery procedures
  10. Collaborate with a third-party Security Operations Center (SOC) to manage security monitoring, threat mitigation, and compliance
  11. Maintain and enforce IT security policies, aligning with industry best practices and documenting exceptions as necessary
  12. Manage voice and data services across all branch locations, overseeing vendor relationships, contracts, and associated costs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Management with 5 – 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure management, IT operations, and architecture
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ITIL best practices and processes (ITIL Foundation certification preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and security
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance tracking
  • Experience with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) for incident tracking, change management, and reporting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues
  • Effective communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
