Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our Long Term Care team at Spencer House Community. As a Personal Support Worker, you will form a deep understanding of your residents and their living experience, building relationships with the residents and their family members, and offering a variety of support options and program choices that enrich their daily health and well-being.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work that supports seniors in living life fully. You must have completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution or be an Internationally Educated Nurse that has achieved a degree in Nursing. You must exercise tact and diplomacy in working with seniors, their families, and general visitors.
