About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Manager to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a Beauty Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of beauty professionals and driving sales growth in the beauty department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Beauty Sales: Develop and implement strategies to drive beauty sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Lead a Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of beauty professionals to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Provide Thought Leadership: Analyze sales data and customer trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Engage with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized beauty recommendations.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory management to ensure that the beauty department is fully stocked and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Beauty Trends: Stay current on the latest beauty trends and products to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years' retail/sales experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing and supervising a team
  • Cosmetic experience and knowledge of beauty products
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
