Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

    • Collaborate with our culinary team to create new menu items and specials
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff to ensure timely and efficient service
    • Train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
    • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management and minimize losses
  • Team Management
