Automotive Parts Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories, and working collaboratively with colleagues to source and deliver solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service experience, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
- Utilize your automotive knowledge to recommend and sell aftermarket auto parts and accessories, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Work closely with colleagues to source, order, and deliver the right solutions for our customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs.
- Continuously develop and expand your automotive knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest products and technologies.
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team's success, including receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in the automotive industry or sales, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone.
- Basic automotive knowledge is considered an asset, but not required.
- Strong-willed individual ready to learn and advance their automotive knowledge, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
