In this role, you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in informing Experience Design through human factors research
  • Develop research agendas and roadmaps to support Design teams and ensure timely research across multiple projects
  • Conduct design research, including observation, ethnography, diary studies, user interviews, usability testing, card sorting, and more
  • Translate findings into actionable insights that drive ideation and inform design
  • Effectively communicate research processes and study insights to design partners and external stakeholders

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of UX Research experience in the banking and financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of User-Centered Design and Human Factors research methods
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance tasks spanning multiple studies
