About the Role

Aon is seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber Solutions team as a Cyber Broker. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class products and services within the cyber insurance market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the National Centre of Excellence – Cyber, servicing clients and supporting account teams from coast to coast;
  • Develop expertise in the cyber and privacy liability space through networking, technical training, and client discussions;
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewal and prospective business;
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to assist in the development of Associate Brokers within the department;
  • Responsible for compliance documentation and policy review checklists;
Requirements
  • Recent Graduate with great spoken and presentation skills;
  • Commercial insurance experience preferred but not required;
  • Fundamental insurance background and knowledge would be an asset;
  • Experience with cyber and technology insurance products is desired but not a requirement;
  • Client-focused and proven relationship-building skills;
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Package;
  • Broker license preferred but not required (candidate will have to obtain a broker license within the province they reside in as a condition of employment).
