We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Aggarwal and Associates Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed. They will also be expected to prescribe and administer medications, as well as provide counseling and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other medical professionals
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations to identify diseases and injuries
  • Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures as necessary
  • Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
  • Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
  • Provide emergency care and coordinate or manage primary patient care
Requirements:
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
  • Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. They will be expected to stand for extended periods and work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The successful candidate will work 30 to 48 hours per week.
