Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Hope Wellness Centre Inc.
Job Summary:The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workplace, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to help team members develop their skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on workplace operations, including metrics and trends.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve workplace problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Language: English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
