Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessment and treatment services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and provide expert advice on psychological matters.
  • Write comprehensive psychological reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • PhD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and licensure to practice in Ontario.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in adult mental health, with expertise in anxiety and mood disorders, psychosis, eating disorders, and other mental health conditions.
  • Experience in quality improvement and leadership/management.
  • Training and education in various therapeutic modalities.
  • Expertise in program development, administrative principles, and evaluation techniques.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in assessment, treatment, and research.
  • Proven leadership skills, excellent problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to lead strategic operational changes combined with critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Ability to create productive working relationships with team members.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Highly developed organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with technology, including MS Office.
