We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotels, ensuring a high level of service and maximizing operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all hotel operations, including regular inspections and follow-up with supervisors.
- Manage financial statements, control costs, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with teams, set goals, evaluate performance, and motivate staff to achieve budget objectives and operational needs.
- Maintain a positive presence through community engagement, including partnerships with the Tremblant Resort Association, Tourisme Mont-Tremblant, and Tourisme Laurentides.
- 5 years of experience in high-level management in the hotel industry.
- Human management skills, including conflict resolution.
- Skills in hotel financial management and comfortable with computer systems.
- Bilingualism (French and English); a third language is an asset.
- Training in hotel management or business administration is an asset.
