Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level business coordination and administrative support to our CEO and C-suite team members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for preparing correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and other materials necessary for the organization.
In addition to providing administrative support, the successful individual will also develop and write technical materials and correspondence as required. They will manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring deadlines for action and follow-up occur to meet commitments.
This is a dynamic role that requires initiative, judgment, and adaptability. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Google/Microsoft suite applications and be able to organize work with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities- Provide executive-level business coordination and administrative support to the CEO and C-suite team members.
- Prepare correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and other materials necessary.
- Develop and write technical materials and correspondence as required for the organization.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper for senior executives, managing access and prioritizing requests.
- Ensure deadlines for action and follow-up occur to ensure commitments are being met.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary business education or related field.
- Minimum three years' recent experience in an executive support role with business project management.
Skills and Abilities:
- Possesses integrity, confidentiality, and high ethical standards.
- Demonstrates initiative, judgment, and adaptability.
- Excellent knowledge of Google/Microsoft suite applications.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
