Job Title: Truck Trailer Repairer Apprentice

R.S. Service Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Truck Trailer Repairer Apprentice. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial transport trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts and components.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with commercial transport trucks and trailers.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to determine the best course of action for repairs and maintenance.
  • Inspect and test automotive systems and components to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Estimate parts and labor costs for maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes and tire rotations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
