About the Role

Balu Printing Ltd. is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphics for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Collaborate: Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and Develop: Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, adapt existing illustrations, and develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs and establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
  • Production Coordination: Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials and determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication.
  • Guidelines and Standards: Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers and work in a multidisciplinary environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
