Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, including forecasting and variances analysis.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or certificate in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks and Excel; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
