Store Operations Manager

MATT & NAT is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Carrefour Laval store and drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a customer-centric mindset and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Profit: Achieve sales targets and drive profitable sales growth through effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and team development.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Visual Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards and directives.
- 3+ years' experience in a management role, preferably in the fashion retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profit growth, as well as training and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and inspire team members.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and select holidays.
